Aplicaciones de la inteligencia artificial generativa en la enseñanza del derecho aduanero e internacional

Resumen

Este trabajo académico explora el uso de la IA generativa mediante el uso de ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot y Meta AI en la enseñanza del derecho aduanero e internacional. Este análisis se realizó con un enfoque particular en la educación sobre tratados internacionales de libre comercio y de las principales leyes sobre comercio internacional en México. Los principales hallazgos del estudio demuestran que Copilot es una herramienta útil para buscar información específica sobre artículos y leyes en materia de comercio internacional, esto se hizo mediante la aplicación de prompts enfocados con la obtención de información sobre los contenidos en cuestión. Asimismo, se obtuvieron resultados favorables para los casos de Chatbot GPT y Meta AI. En cambio, Gemini demostró resultados desfavorables, debido a que solo mostró información general sobre los temas que se le solicitaban e inclusive brindó información errónea. Este tipo de herramientas les permite a los estudiantes hacer búsquedas más eficientes y ahorrar tiempo en la búsqueda de la información, sin embargo, pueden presentar resultados erróneos o generales que obligan a profundizar en el tema.
