Resumen

El objetivo de la investigación es integrar el manual PMBOOK a la planeación del docente y que se tome en cuenta por los alumnos en el proceso. Se llevó a cabo una investigación cualitativa descriptiva, encaminada a determinar el funcionamiento y características del proceso de planeación docente. Se consideraron variables de partes interesadas con requerimientos de academia, asignatura y alumnos; variables de planeaciones con sus componentes de duración, sistemas de seguimiento de calidad, manejo de recurso humano, comunicación, riesgos o impactos en a la ejecución y adquisiciones necesarias. Se identificaron siete riesgos a gestionar en el proyecto. La investigación sirve de apoyo para la implementación de modelos de gestión dentro del ámbito educativo del docente, dándole herramientas de seguimiento y control de clase. De igual manera, como base de repetición para la planeación de las demás materias de otras academias o carreras.
