Analysis of scientific production of corporate social responsibility in retail companies

Introduction: The objective of this study is to analyze the scientific production on corporate social responsibility (CSR) and retail companies from 2006 to 2024, to identify emerging topics, contexts studied, and the methodological approaches addressed by the most relevant authors. Methodology: The methodology used is a bibliometric analysis in conjunction with a systematic literature review of scientific publications indexed in the Web of Science platform. R was used for data processing and analysis through the Bibliometrix package. Results: The results show a significant increase in the number of publications related to social responsibility and retail companies over the years. Conclusions: The data show the growing interest in this topic, mainly in areas of activity related to social, environmental, and economic sustainability.
