About the Journal

Aim and Scope

Región Científica is a peer-reviewed, open access journal, published biannually; its primary aim is to publish theoretical and empirical research articles in the areas of education, economics, and business. The journal emphasizes theoretical developments and their application in the fields of accounting, management, industrial relations, information technology applied to business, marketing, human talent, strategy and business intelligence, tourism; as well as applied research in the area of education.

Periodicity, Dissemination, and Call for Papers

Región Científica is published biannually, with the first issue covering the period from January to June and the second issue from July to December; however, the Editorial Committee may decide to open special and/or thematic supplements. The journal has a continuous call for papers throughout the year and follows an open access model that helps to increase the visibility of published articles.
