Dilemas éticos planteados por el auge de la inteligencia artificial: una mirada desde el transhumanismo

El uso de la inteligencia artificial ha generado diversas preocupaciones y discusiones, especialmente sobre los posibles riesgos y consecuencias que puede acarrear si no se observan críticamente los principios éticos. La recolección de la información se realizó mediante los métodos de investigación documental y hermenéutico, en los que prima la interpretación y el análisis crítico, seguido del estudio de referentes bibliográficos relevantes en torno a estos tópicos. Los resultados fueron triangulados con las respuestas dadas por el chat de inteligencia artificial (ChatGPT 3.5) en lengua española. Se constató que, entre el ser humano, el transhumano y la inteligencia artificial existen grandes diferencias, generadoras hoy de distintos dilemas éticos y espiritual-trascendentes, que pueden hacer que la máquina inteligente se pueda convertir en un peligro para la humanidad. Conceptos como singularidad, autonomía, conciencia, toma de decisiones, libertad, entre otros, permiten atisbar la diferencia entre la máquina programada, automatizada con determinada funcionalidad y la autonomía humana. Se concluye que no todo lo tecno-científicamente posible es éticamente aceptable, como tampoco es posible equiparar la máquina inteligente programada mediante algoritmos, con ser humano capaz de: tener autoconciencia, autodeterminación, pensar su existencia, ser consciente de su singularidad, entre otras diferencias claves.
