La biblioterapia como herramienta coadyuvante en el tratamiento de desafíos emocionales en escolares tempranos

La biblioterapia, conocida con los nombres de biblioguía, literapia o terapia de lectura, parte de ejercicios reflexivos y pedagógicos que emplean las prácticas de lectura en voz alta como herramientas para promover reflexiones introspectivas de crecimiento personal, en aras de fortalecer la resolución de problemas, el tratamiento de situaciones de vida traumáticas y el bienestar en materia de salud emocional. En la Corporación Universitaria Minuto de DIOS – UNIMINUTO, específicamente, en el semillero ILVIC (Infancias, Lecturas y Vida Cotidiana, 2023), un grupo de estudiantes y docentes emplearon este método de trabajo con niños de la Fundación de Cristo Rey, en la ciudad de Bogotá. Las sesiones de clase develaron procesos de enseñanza de la lectura en infantes entre los ocho meses y los cuatro años. Los ejercicios fueron trabajados con finalidades pedagógicas disruptivas y fraternas, en concomitancia con una metodología de investigación - acción participativa con un enfoque cualitativo, que les permitió a estudiantes y a docentes sistematizar sus prácticas mediante los instrumentos que se aplicaron en los diversos talleres de clase. Ello diversificó el conocimiento, amplió las posibilidades de enseñanza de la literatura infantil y bifurcó caminos en la formación de lectores desde la infancia.
